Mandy taught in the Wyoming School District in Cincinnati and has held positions for McGraw-Hill Education, Cengage Learning, and Turning Technologies. Mandy joined LEAP in 2015 as a contractor. Now a full-time LEAP employee, she currently works as Project Manager. She is responsible for managing and executing various aspects of development and production for multiple textbook titles and supplements.

Mandy holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design, and a teaching certificate from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

Her skills include:

  • Managing projects to establish timelines, track progress, and problem-solve issues

  • Providing ongoing technological support and training

  • Providing subject matter experts for supplements

  • Applying high quality attention to detail

  • Ensuring content is accurate both technically and grammatically

  • Communicating to avoid or resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Implementing accessibility guidelines in both print and digital development

  • Initiative, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational and time management skills
